“Ekor” Company at the International Exhibition “Anuga 2023”
Dear partners!
From October 7 to 11, 2023, our company participated in the International Exhibition “Anuga 2023”, which took place in Cologne, Germany.
This is one of the largest and most renowned international exhibitions in the food industry, held every two years. This year, the event gathered 7,900 companies from 118 countries, and the number of visitors reached 140,000 from 200 countries.
“Anuga” unites 10 separate exhibitions under one roof, each dedicated to a specific segment of the food industry:
- Anuga Fine Food (delicacies and staple foods);
- Anuga Drinks (beverages);
- Anuga Chilled & Fresh Food (chilled and fresh products);
- Anuga Meat (meat);
- Anuga Frozen Food (frozen products);
- Anuga Dairy (dairy products);
- Anuga Bread & Bakery (bread and bakery products);
- Anuga Hot Beverages (hot beverages);
- Anuga Organic (organic products);
- Anuga Out of Home (products for out-of-home consumption).
The key theme of “Anuga 2023” was “Sustainable Development – Moving Towards a More Sustainable Food Future with the Industry”.
At the event, Ekor presented its own products – grains: buckwheat, rice, wheat, bulgur, pea, barley, corn, and pearl barley.
Particularly high interest among visitors was drawn to our pea groats (split peas).
We also acknowledge the high level of event organization and express our gratitude to the Ukrainian Berry Association for their support and the opportunity to participate in the exhibition.
“Anuga 2023” became not only a platform for finding new partners but also a great opportunity to communicate with colleagues, media, and industry experts. We discussed current challenges, opportunities for development during wartime, shared ideas, and exchanged experiences.
The joint search for solutions in these challenging times is extremely important for the resilience and development of Ukrainian business.
