EKOR at the “Grain & Processing 2025” Forum: Strategic Outcomes of Participation in Lviv
On November 19–21, the “Grain & Processing 2025: Flour, Groceries, Feed” forum took place in Lviv — a three-day platform for sharing best practices and discussing the grain market, processing, exports, and technological solutions for the industry. The event combined a conference program with an exhibition area showcasing equipment, quality control solutions, and finished products.
EKOR took an active part in the forum, represented by Director Volodymyr Didenko. We arrived in Lviv with a clear goal — to monitor market trends for the 2025 season, find partners for the development of exports of our cereals and flakes, and explore innovations in processing technologies and quality control that will increase production efficiency. The forum is an excellent opportunity for B2B meetings with manufacturers, traders, retailers, and investors.

The sessions and panel discussions highlighted topics that are directly related to our strategy:
• Grain quality and the 2025 harvest implications — challenges and ways to adapt processing technologies and product formulations; this confirms the need to strengthen laboratory control and the flexibility of production processes.
• Export strategies and logistics — direct discussions on building long-term export chains for flour, cereals, and feed; valuable contacts for entering new markets.
• Technological and automation solutions — the exhibition demonstrated equipment and digital systems (sorting, packaging, quality control), some of which we intend to explore for implementation at our facilities.

“For EKOR, participating in ‘Grain & Processing 2025’ was important not only as an opportunity to present our products, but also as a platform for strategic decisions. We reaffirmed our commitment to strengthening quality control, investing in automation, and expanding export channels,” — Volodymyr Didenko.
We thank the organizers and all forum participants for insightful discussions and valuable connections.
