    I. Introduction

    Ekor TP (“We”, “Us”, “Our”) is committed to protecting the privacy of our users (“You”, “Your”). This Privacy Policy outlines our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information through our website https://ekor.ua (“Site”), as well as the services and features offered on the Site (collectively referred to as “Services”). This Privacy Policy is part of our Terms of Use, which govern your use of the Site and Services.

    We adhere to best practices regarding the protection of personal data applicable to all registered research companies, as well as all regulations, especially concerning the protection of respondent data.

    II. Information We Collect

    The Site does not have a permanent account login system and therefore does not store any personal information on its servers except for the information you provide. You may be asked to enter personal data for registration purposes on the Site. After filling out the newsletter registration form and the feedback form provided on the Site, it is assumed that the visitor has consented to process their personal and contact data by Ekor TP and consented to receive emails at the provided email address. Ekor TP may store information about connections, traffic, date, and time of the visitor’s session on the Site.

    We may collect the following information from you, including but not limited to:

    • Log information, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, and pages or features of the Site or Services you access.
    • Information about your interaction with the Site or Services, such as ratings and reviews you submit.
    • Information you provide to us through customer support, including feedback and service requests.
    • Demographic information, including language, age, residence, information about lifestyle changes due to the war in Ukraine, employment, gender, education, financial status, religion, marital status, etc.

    The Site uses cookies to support security features and their implementation. Cookies also help track violations of the privacy policy and terms of use by visitors/devices.

    Statistics about Site visits, such as pages visited, page view counts, information downloaded, internet service provider domains, and visitor countries, as well as web addresses visited before and after the Site, are collected through Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel. None of these actions are personally linked to the visitor and are measured only in aggregate.

    Visitors’ personal data may be stored for 5 years.

    We may use the collected information to:

The fact that we link to an external resource does not imply our full endorsement of the views or ideas presented there, nor do we guarantee the accuracy of the information posted there.     X. GDPR and Ukrainian Personal Data Law

    If you are in the European Union (EU), we process your personal data under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). If you are in Ukraine, we process your personal data in accordance with Ukrainian personal data legislation.  In any case, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data; restrict or object to the processing of your personal data; request a copy of your personal data in a commonly used electronic format; and file a complaint with a supervisory authority if you believe our processing of your personal data violates applicable law.

    XI. Changes to This Privacy Policy

    We reserve the right to review this Privacy Policy from time to time, with the current and up-to-date version always available on the Site. If we make significant changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you accordingly, for example, by sending you an email or displaying a notice on the Site.

    XII. Data Processing Responsibility

    The entity responsible for processing the personal data of visitors is the Limited Liability Company “Ekor TP,” registered under the laws of Ukraine, with registration number – 02973445, located at Ukraine, 46400, Ternopil Region, Ternopil City, Denys Lukianovych St., Building 3A (hereinafter – “Ekor TP”). The main purpose of data processing by Ekor TP is to facilitate information exchange, advertising, and communication in accordance with the Laws of Ukraine on “Personal Data Protection,” “Information,” “Advertising,” “Telecommunications,” “Entrepreneurship,” “Protection of Information in Information and Telecommunications Systems,” ND TZI 2.5-010-03 “Requirements for the Protection of Information on Web Pages from Unauthorized Access.”

    We are not responsible for lost profits, lost revenue, data loss, or any other damages suffered by visitors to the Site if they arise from the use of the Site. Visitors use the Site at their own risk. To the extent permitted by law, neither Ekor TP LLC nor any other party involved in creating, producing, or maintaining the Site is liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages caused by access to, use of, or reliance on the Site, even if the visitor was advised of the possibility of such damages and losses.

    We do not guarantee and do not claim that the use of the material provided on the Site will not infringe the interests of third parties. All rights to the content of the Site belong to Ekor TP or are used with the consent of the rights holders. This site as a whole and its elements are protected by the Law of Ukraine “On Copyright and Related Rights,” other acts of current Ukrainian legislation, and international treaties.
